Pasadena

Ashmore, Pasadena Neighborhood

Ashmore offers a diverse range of housing options, including single detached homes and various apartment sizes built primarily between 1960 and 1980. The neighborhood features a blend of energetic and tranquil areas, providing multiple living atmosphere choices. Daily errands can be accomplished conveniently, as many businesses, groceries, restaurants, and cafes are located nearby. Access to primary and secondary schools is often short from most residences. While bike lanes are limited, the flat terrain makes cycling manageable. Parking is generally easy to find, and vibrant nightlife venues are just a short distance away, adding an extra layer of convenience.

Ashmore is unique in that it contains both vibrant and quiet areas, making it appealing to more people. Although the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this area with the nightlife venues in nearby neighborhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located around the corner. At the same time, this part of the city is very good for those who prefer quiet surroundings, as the streets tend to be very peaceful. Parks aren't well-situated, which makes them occasionally challenging to get to from most locations within Ashmore. Still, residents will be able to access public green spaces in nearby neighborhoods.
